President Bush to Welcome PM Howard

Statement by the Press Secretary

Prime Minister John Howard of Australia has accepted the President’s invitation to meet on February 10 at the White House to consult on Iraq, North Korea, and the war on terror. Australia is among the most stalwart of America’s allies, and the President appreciates the opportunity to discuss these issues with his friend, the Prime Minister.
