STATEMENT BY THE PRESS SECRETARY
Visit by Prime Minister John Howard of Australia
President Bush will welcome Prime Minister John Howard to the White House on June 3, 2004. Australia is a lead nation in the global war on terror. President Bush looks forward to discussing with Prime Minister Howard a range of important regional and international issues and to deepening and broadening bilateral relations between the United States and Australia, to include the recently concluded Free Trade Agreement.
